This at home program can be done at YOUR convenience in the comfort of your own home.
Can't get a babysitter to go to the gym? Can't get to your favorite group fitness classes because of your work schedule? Not feeling confident working out in public yet? Then this program is FOR YOU BOO!!!
Each month, we put out a calendar of 20 workouts for you to follow along with. We also have all workouts loaded in categories if you don't want to follow a calendar and would prefer to pick your own workouts. Each day you are working a specific muscle group (leg day, core day, bis/tris, HIIT, and upper body day). Each workout is themed to a specific genre or artist to keep things interesting.
The most important equipment you will need is:
A yoga mat
Dumbbells (ranging from light to heavy)
Resistance bands (cotton and rubber) - The mini looped ones
Therapy band (non looped)
We may also use things like kettlebells, medicine balls, slider discs, etc. HOWEVER, we will let you know what to substitute them with should you not have it available to you.
We are committed to making sure this program is set up for anyone at any fitness level to complete. We will always go over modifications in the videos so you are able to workout with us, should you have any restrictions to certain moves.
It's $30 a month, there is NO contract, and you can cancel anytime.
