This is a strength training program using weights/bands/bodyweight to build lean muscle, burn fat, increase metabolism, increase bone density, lose weight, and boost confidence. Each workout is built around a specific music theme and your reps are done to the beat of the music to make it more motivating! 

**This is an instructor program you can certify in and teach in your local community**

A dance fitness program (heavy on the FITNESS part) that will leave you feeling that muscle burn for days! These routines are filled with bodyweight movements like squats, lunges, core work, arm work, booty work, etc. but still have that dance fitness feel to it. We have routines from country, pop, hip hop, and even heavy metal!!!

This is our BUILD program that you can do AT HOME at your convenience!!!

This is not an instructor program. This is an at home workout program for anyone at any fitness level. Each month you get a calendar of workouts from our portal to follow along with to help you with your fitness goals.

Be watching our social media accounts for announcements on training opportunities near you. You can also sign up for our email list and be notified. Trainings will be completed IN PERSON at TBA locations in the USA.

You can certify in one or both. 


Our workouts vary, but mostly include strength training, cardio, and high intensity interval training (HIIT). Everything is themed to specific music genres/artists/fun themes to keep things interesting. You will be working with dumbbells and bands mostly but you may see other equipment being used as well. Our monthly calendar consists of 5 videos a week and consists of lower body, core, biceps/triceps, HIIT, and upper body. 


As our program grows, we will eventually have a way for you to find local instructors near you! Be watching out for those updates as we start the certification process in 2025.
